  • Dr. Mindy Le, DPT

    Co-Owner, Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Certified in Dry Needling & Spinal Thrust Mobilization

    Dr. Mindy is a graduate of the LSUHSC Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in New Orleans, LA with certifications in Dry Needling and High Velocity Low Amplitude Thrusts. She has experience in treating various populations from the active weekend warrior athletes to patients with neurological conditions effecting balance and mobility looking to improve their function and independence. Mindy has also been involved as a PT in the LSVT BIG & LOUD program. In her spare time, she is the head coach of a volleyball club team and provides sideline PT services for volleyball and soccer teams.

  • Dr. Anthony Nguyen, DPT

    Co-Owner, Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Dr. Anthony is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in Birmingham, AL with certifications in Dry Needling and High Velocity Low Amplitude Thrusts. He has vast experience from treating orthopedic conditions in the pediatric populations and sports medicine post-surgical rehabilitation. Prior to starting Refresh, Anthony provided medical sideline coverage for high school football for 5+ years. Outside of the clinic he enjoys hiking, traveling, dominating fantasy football, and spending time with his family and goldendoodle Badger.

  • Dr. Julia Heflin, DPT

    Staff Physical Therapist, Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Certified in Dry Needling

    Julia Heflin, PT, DPT is a Washington native and has traveled the world with her military family since 1993 (age 8). During frequent moves with her husband (USCG), she was active in the fitness industry, youth/HS soccer, working as nurses aide in skilled nursing/home setting and volunteering in the community. In 2010, Julia decided to pursue physical therapy after her experience as a patient recovering from a back injury.

    She graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University New Orleans in 2016. She has worked in the orthopedic and homecare settings and treats a wide variety of clients including general orthopedic patients, patients with balance disorders, and chronic pain. 

    When Julia isn't seeing patients, she enjoys time at home with her family, traveling, cooking/baking, spending time in nature, playing kickball or soccer, and relaxing with friends.

  • Dr. Natalee Lewis, DPT

    Staff Physical Therapist, Doctor of Physical Therapy

    Certified in Dry Needling

    Dr. Natalee Lewis is a graduate of the University of North Texas HSC’s doctor of physical therapy program in Fort Worth, Texas. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Middle Tennessee State University.

    Natalee started her career in New Orleans in both the hospital and outpatient orthopedic settings. From there, she gained a variety of experience through travel contracts, serving individuals with a wide range of needs from Maine to California. Additionally, Natalee is certified in Dry Needling.

    When not at work, you can find her outside enjoying the city with her friends and spending time with her 3-legged Doberman, Tut.
